About the role | Mō Te Tūranga

This role is all about delivering great customer service, we do this by;

  • Attending to requests in accordance with current legislation and Council policy
  • Updating and maintaining databases with accuracy
  • Working to statutory timeframes to get LIM reports out
  • Assisting the wider Information Management team as needed

About you | Mōu

Information would be easy for you to understand and organise, ideally you would have worked in a similar role before along with:

  • The ability to analyse, interpret complex information
  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • A high level of reading comprehension and writing accuracy
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A high level of proficiency with technology
